The HVAC utilizes convertible packaged gas/electric rooftop units (RTUs) with 10 to 12-ton capacities, ensuring adequate Heating & Cooling for each commercial space, operational efficiency, and easy access for maintenance. The electrical system with a 3,000A main service to support tenant loads, supplemented by two 600A services for house loads and an 800A service dedicated to electric vehicle charging infrastructure—supporting both present needs and future loads. The plumbing system includes a coordinated natural gas network for all RTUs, a 4-inch grease waste line for tenant use, a 6-inch sprinkler main for fire protection, and a 3-inch incoming domestic water line.
