The UUCSS New Church Campus is a 7,266 SF single-story facility with a basement, designed to serve as a modern and energy-efficient home for worship, learning, and fellowship. MEP provided comprehensive mechanical and electrical engineering design services, aligning with the client’s goals for sustainability, comfort, and long-term operational efficiency.

MEP provided full mechanical, electrical and plumbing design. The project features a high-efficiency VRF system utilizing ducted and wall-mounted indoor units to deliver quiet, adaptable comfort throughout worship, classroom, and gathering spaces. A 600A electrical service was designed to support HVAC, lighting, audiovisual, and life safety systems, with built-in flexibility for future expansion. The result is a modern, energy-conscious facility that embodies comfort, reliability, and long-term performance aligned with the church’s community-focused mission.
