MEP provided comprehensive engineering design services for this 26,000 SF, three-story facility with a cellar, developed to support the church’s worship, fellowship, and community programs. The HVAC system features a combination of air-cooled rooftop and packaged terminal units, delivering efficient temperature control across varied spaces such as sanctuaries, classrooms, and dining areas. A 1,200A electrical service was designed to accommodate HVAC, lighting, and power distribution needs while allowing for future expansion. The plumbing system includes a centralized hot water plant with a dedicated restaurant supply, grease interceptor, and sewage ejection system for reliable, code-compliant performance.
